Annika’s affinity for the Murray Grey breed began with spending many of her childhood years around them, inspiring a love above all for their exceptional temperaments. We always knew that we wanted our two sons to become an integral part of the Glanmire operation, and so docility and ease of handling was a major deciding factor when choosing a breed for our stud.
Our family approach ensures that every aspect of the Glanmire Stud receives personal attention and care. From selecting breeding stock to nurturing calves, we work together to maintain the highest standards. This hands-on involvement allows us to truly understand and appreciate each animal in terms of the genetic traits they each contribute to our overall breeding herd.
